Outdoor Learning

In recent years there has been an increased interest in outdoor learning.  In this Supporting Learning Featured Module hosted by Pam Lowry,  there are 6 videos highlighting the journey, the activities and the benefits  of outdoor learning.  Although these are focused references to the Foundation Stage this module is relevant for all those in a primary school setting.

There are then a further 16 short narrated clips which highlight in details some of the learning activities that the children participate in. These are designed to provide a virtual tour of the learning areas within the provision at Killylea.
